He has worked with the national freediving, gliding and sailing teams and with numerous national and international athletes and disciplines. For 16 years he has been involved in the training of Apnea Academy instructors at the association created by Umberto Pelizzari (Pluriprimatista and champion of the abyss).

He is a pioneer of the studies on Communication and Human Factor, Senior Trainer, he was awarded the Fulbright Award (US Government) for his research on intercultural and international communication. He has been working as a trainer and coach since 1987 starting as Lecturer in Semiotics and Communication at the University of Hull (UK).
He is the author of 17 books ranging from Marketing to Human Potential to Corporate Coaching.
